VIEW VR STATUS ↗Iron Nest launched on 6 August 2026 as a finished 1.0 release, not Early Access, and it ships as a single-player experience. The developers have confirmed that Heavy Turret Simulator itself will gain multiplayer — co-op missions and competitive modes where other players become targets — but no date or window has been announced. A separate standalone co-op game, where players share one platform, is planned for late 2027 or early 2028; its title, target platforms, and price remain unannounced. Console versions are planned a few months after PC, with no named consoles or exact date; VR is planned after the console ports, with no headset or date. Free support covers base-game updates, content and multiplayer, not the standalone game, paid expansions or every future add-on. Steam Workshop remains seriously considered, not promised.

◆ VERIFIED · TIER 1 DEVELOPER FAQ ↗
Every claim on this site carries the tier it came from and the date it was last checked. Watching a streamer is research, not first-hand testing, and it is never written up as if we played it ourselves.
Where sources disagree, the most recent official statement wins. Where that cannot settle it, both readings stay on the page, marked as conflicting.
Iron Nest Guide is an unofficial, fan-made reference. It exists because the post-launch plans for Iron Nest are spread across a store page, a pinned FAQ and a stream of announcements, and because most player sites still describe the demo.
It is not a complete wiki and does not claim to be. Coverage grows only where there is something verified to say.
